Effective September 13, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to the Mosaic Technologies, Inc. website at mosaictech.us. The website is intended to provide corporate information and direct visitors to role-based email addresses. It does not provide user accounts, online purchasing or a web-based submission form.
Information we may receive
We may receive identifiers and professional or business information that you choose to include when you email us, such as your name, email address, organization, job title and message. Website hosting and security providers may automatically process limited internet or electronic-activity information, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential business information, trade secrets or privileged material in an initial inquiry.
Sources and purposes
Information comes directly from you, from providers that host or secure the website, and—when evaluating a business inquiry—from professional information that is publicly available. We use it to respond to inquiries, evaluate possible business relationships, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, maintain appropriate records and satisfy legal obligations.
Disclosure to other parties
Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, security, email and business administration; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; to another independently operated company when you expressly ask us to route your inquiry there; or when required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or address suspected misuse. A referral does not mean that Mosaic Technologies assumes another company’s obligations.
No sale or behavioral-advertising sharing
Mosaic Technologies does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website does not intentionally use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies. If those practices change, this policy and any required choices will be updated before the change is implemented.
Browser signals
Because this website does not intentionally use behavioral-advertising trackers, it does not currently provide a separate response mechanism for “Do Not Track” browser signals. Privacy preference signals will be addressed as required if the site later uses technology to which those signals apply.
Retention and security
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, considering the nature of the inquiry, business and recordkeeping needs, dispute prevention, security and applicable legal requirements. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information involved.
California privacy requests
Depending on the facts and applicable law, California residents may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how personal information is used or disclosed. You may submit a request by emailing partnerships@mosaictech.us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children and third-party sites
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Links to independently operated websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
Updates
We review this policy periodically and will post material revisions here with a new effective date.
